Erin Aubrey (Writer, Director, Producer, Molly)
Erin is a Canadian actor and musician, originally from Saskatoon, SK. Her TV/Film credits include: NBC's “Heartbeat”, “The 100”, “Arrow”, “IZombie” and several Lifetime and Hallmark movies. Additionally, she’s a vocal teacher and coach, writer, composer, singer/songwriter and recording artist with a 6-song EP; a music video for her original song, “Boy” is set to premier this fall. She holds a Masters of Music (Opera Performance) from the Eastman School of Music and has performed as a soloist with chamber orchestras, big bands, junk bands, symphonies, opera companies...the gamut.
Christopher S. Violette (Aleks)
Chris Violette is a Canadian born TV and Film Actor. From a young age, Chris loved entertaining his family and friends. Whether it was singing songs, putting on dance routines or simply telling jokes, Chris loved making people laugh. After graduating in Business Marketing, Chris decided to explore his passion for the arts and focus on becoming an entertainer. He started with modeling, and one thing led to another. “I remember being at a modeling shoot and was just in a great mood. I was telling joke after joke and everyone was laughing. The photographer walked up and said, You’re hilarious… but I cant snap photos of you if your mouth is always moving, you need to be in TV and Film. The next day, I went and auditioned for an agent.” Chris started attending acting classes, and before he knew it he was an actor. Known for joining the cast of Power Rangers as Blue Ranger Sky, Chris has appeared on numerous television shows such as "Flashpoint", "Lost Girl", "Saving Hope", "Bitten" and "Degrassi: The Next Generation". Chris has recently expanded his passion for film and its industry by continuing with editing, directing, writing and producing.
Dayna Chernoff (Stage Manager)
Bad Date: a cautionary tale marks Dayna's return to the Fringe after a several-year hiatus, and she's super (powered) pumped to be back. Dayna has previously performed in a number of Fringe productions including ...Of Enigmatic Things, The Last Rock 'n Roll Show, and Love Is A Poverty You Can Sell. Previous SM credits include Aftershock (Theatre on the Verge/Summerworks), Frankie and Johnny in the Clair De Lune (Apuka Theatre), The Last Five Years, [Title of Show] and Altar Boyz (Angelwalk Theatre), the latter of which she was also Production Manager. Brian Goldenberg (Producer)
Brian works professionally as a theatre producer, music director, songwriter/arranger, performer (piano, trumpet, voice), and educator. He has worked as a Business Consultant for Dancap Productions, the Director of Business and Development for the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Foundation, Assistant Producer at Acting Up Stage Company, and Executive Director for Theatre 20. Currently, Brian is the Artistic & Executive Director for Angelwalk Theatre, a musical theatre company that he founded in 2009, and the Artistic & Executive Producer for Goldenberg Productions, a theatre development, licensing and production company. For the past eight years, Brian has served as the Artistic Director/Producer for Vanier College Productions at York University. A two-time graduate of York University (BFA in Music, Schulich MBA specializing in Arts & Media Management), his theatre productions have been nominated for 16 Dora Mavor Moore Awards and have won 1 Dora Mavor Moore Award. Brian has worked extensively as a music director and music arranger for various musical theatre productions and choirs. An accomplished songwriter, Brian won first-place in an In Front Magazine Music Contest for his song “Music Will Always Lead Me Home”, and wrote the music and additional lyrics for the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Foundation Theme Song. His original musical, Seven of Us made its Toronto debut in the 2010 Toronto Fringe Festival. Brian is a recipient of the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Citizenship Award, the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Foundation Aces in Action Award, and three SINGular Sensation BackDoora Awards for contributions to the Toronto theatre community.
Jeff Jones (Producer, Technical Director)
A two-time graduate of Ryerson’s Theatre School, Jeff worked as a technician, actor, designer and director around Toronto for several years before flirting with disillusionment. In 2001, Jeff became a high school drama teacher. Since that moment his creative output has increased exponentially. From writing shows and music to much acclaim at the Fringe and Summerworks festivals in Toronto, directing various productions and creating Charcoal Sketch Productions as a creative lab for new work and young performers, to releasing his own solo record, Self-Portrait: 13 Songs That Paint a picture of Me, Jeff has been going almost non-stop for years.
