Tess Barao (Sandra/Teacher 1)
Tess is a Toronto-based actor and a graduate of Theatre Sheridan's Musical Theatre Performance program, as well as the Second City Training Program, Armstrong Acting Studios and Pro Actors Studios. Her most recent credits include Maddie's Karaoke Birthday Party at the Toronto Fringe Festival (of which she was nominated for a My Entertainment Award for best actress), Pickled Heart at the London Fringe Festival, and portraying the iconic Ethel Merman at the Sunshine Theatre Festival. Big thanks to mom, Tim and Anna, and special thanks to dad.

Alene Degian (Mira/Teacher 3)
Alene Degian is thrilled to be part of Toronto's Kidsfest two summers in a row! Last year, she played the Hare and Lion from Kidsfest's Patron’s Pick, Fables From Far Away Land. She also starred as Bree in the Canadian premiere of the children’s book Fancy Nancy (Lower Ossington Theatre). She has studied at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in NYC and was also lucky to be part of Theatre20’s Conservatory Program. Brianne is super excited to be making her Fringe debut! You may have previously seen Brianne as Elena in If/Then (Theatre Aurora - Canadian Premiere Production), Cathy Hiatt in The Last 5 Years (Vanier College Productions), or playing the newest Disney princess Moana for events around in GTA with Forever Fairest. Jonathan is a graduate of The Second City’s Sketch Conservatory where his work garnered him a nomination for the Tim Sims Encouragement Fund Award. He has continued his education in improv and sketch comedy with The Second City’s House Co. and Bob Curry Fellowship where again his work earned him the opportunity to perform in the NBC Breakout Comedy Festival in Chicago. Alongside The Second City, Jonathan is proud to be a part of sketch super-friends Erotic Friend Fiction. When not improvising, Jonathan is an avid singer songwriter and musical theatre performer. Please give him money or food if you see him.

Chantal Forde is a writer, director, educator and performer in the GTA and couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of the Kids Fringe with “…And Then She Did!” Chantal and her husband, Tim Cadeny, are the creative team behind Oakville’s annual Holiday Pantomime and are heading into their sixth year this winter with a hilarious, twisted version of “Aladdin”! Other recent credits include “Grey” and “Perceptions of Love in the Pursuit of Happiness” which Chantal wrote and directed. As an educator Chantal can be found working with performers aged 8-85 with Centre Stage Theatre School, Sheridan College, BOTG, and Shadowpath Theatre Productions. She loves to share her passion for the arts with the young and the young at heart.

Cat Bernardi (Book, Music, Lyrics)
Cat Bernardi is a vocalist, writer, actor, director and composer who is passionate about sharing music and theatre in all of its contexts. Cat is a band leader for her own project, the Cat Bernardi Quartet, and she has also sung with other Toronto vocal projects such as the Toronto Jazz Chorus and the We Are One Jazz Project. She was nominated for MARTY awards in 2015 and 2016 and has been invited to perform her original songs on Rogers TV several times including having performed her piece, “Summer Turns to Fall” on the show Genesis, as well as her song “Love is a Broom” on the MARTY TV special.
As a working musician with her band, The Cat Bernardi Quartet, Cat has played in several of Toronto’s finest jazz venues and at several GTA festivals including the Downtown Markham Jazz Festival, the Scarborough Town Jazz Festival, the Downtown Oakville Jazz Festival, Hamilton’s inaugural Steel City Jazz festival and Canadian Music Week. Cat has also performed in numerous musicals, working with acclaimed directors and producers such as Brian Goldenberg (Angelwalk Theatre), Mike “Nug” Nahrgang (Evil Dead: The Musical) and Denise Oucharek (Mirvish’s The Sound of Music). The roles of Mae in “Reefer Madness,” Penelope Pennywise in “Urinetown”, and Ruth in “Pirates of Penzance” are all amongst her favourite past musical theatre credits.
In addition to her work as a performer, Cat is also very passionate about teaching and leadership in the arts. She taught for community outreach program the We Are One Jazz Project as a vocal coach and acted as the Children’s Choir conductor for Sistema Academy Toronto, an outreach project in Parkdale, Toronto. She was a private voice and piano teacher for Merriam School of Music for four years, and an instructor for Rainbow Songs and their foundation. She also currently does work as a Music teacher with the Peel District School Board. Cat holds an Honours BA in Theatre from York University, a Certificate in Jazz Vocal Performance from Humber College, and an MA in Cultural Studies and Critical Theory from McMaster University. She published her first large body of work online through McMaster University: Lady Sings Her Truth: Jazz Vocal Education as a Means of Subjectivity-Building for Young Women and Cat released her debut EP (mini-album) entitled Minor Ballad/Major Romance in Toronto. Cat just directed a production of 9 to 5: The Musical in March 2018 at York University’s Vanier College Productions. This is her Toronto Fringe Festival debut.

Vicky is a second-year film production student and a member of Vanier College Productions at York University, where she worked as a stage manager for last season's production of '9 to 5'. This is her first time participating in the Toronto Fringe Festival.

"Jeff is excited to be back at the FRINGE this summer! As a multi-skilled Theatre Practitioner, Jeff has performed many tasks on many shows at the FRINGE since 2007. Some highlights include writing and performing an acclaimed one-man show, "This is the Thing" in 2009, playing guitar in "Confessions of a Redheaded Coffeeshop Girl" in 2014 and Producing and Audio Engineering for last year's smash, "Maddie's Karaoke Birthday Party". He's also been a director, lighting and sound designer, stagehand, composer and promoter for shows in the festival. Despite continuing to expand his work elsewhere, Jeff will always enjoy coming home to the FRINGE each July."

Linda is excited to be a part of her first FRINGE festival experience and to work behind the scenes of producing a show. She studied Acting at York University starring as Rick in "Carried Away on the Crest of a Wave", and Bleeding in "If We Were Birds". She starred as Ganymede in Wexford's "As You Like It". She has a huge passion for health and fitness and aspires to be a lifestyle coach traveling the world on her yoga mat while youtubing the experience. Linda is a seasoned yogi, runner, and holistic wellness guru.
